These provisions (including the Privacy Policy together with any other documents referred to in these provisions) set out the terms and conditions on which you may make use of the foxenia.com website (the “Website or Site”) and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”), whether as a guest or registered user (“Customer Terms”).

We may update these Customer Terms (and the documents referred to in them) and any aspect of the Service from time to time and will notify such changes to you by uploading details of them on the Site. You should review the Customer Terms periodically for changes. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms. If you do not agree to these Customer Terms then please do not use the Services or any part of them.


These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchases, and your use of foxenia.com website. The terms constitute an agreement between you and AltConcept srl Company, the owner of foxenia.com website, with office address: Munteni city, no.4 Principala street, Iași county, România. Please note, this is not a physical store, only our office address.


Access to the Services is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide through the Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason any of the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to any or all of the Services, for users who have registered with us. Any personal data and other information provided by you is processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing any such personal data or other information, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.


Personal Information we collect

To fulfill your order, you have to provide us with certain information such as your name, email address, full postal address, payment information (only name of card owner), phone number, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

About Your information and how we use it

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

– as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the present terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability of our stock or our partners’ lead times and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to European countries and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Each order you place shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the goods and/or services specified within it subject to the Customer Terms and the applicable details on the product page. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies from 3 to 5 business days.

Orders will be shipped from Iasi-Romania-Europe.

We use express delivery courier DYNAMIC PARCEL DISTRIBUTION SA. Delivery time is usually within 7-14 days in Europe.

We always provide a tracking number. After payment is received and purchase is handled and despatched, we will contact you via email to give a tracking number (3-5 days after the moment of purchase).

All the ordering must contain your phone number.

We don’t ship via state mail service like: USPS, Canada Post, Auspost, Nzpost, or Posta Romana.

We provide free shipping over 250 Euro.


By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Please read even RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES chapters before you buy.

Delivery times may vary according to availability of our stock or our supply partners’ lead times, and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to European countries and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Each order you place shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the goods and/or services specified within it, subject to the Customer Terms and the applicable details on the product page. No order shall be deemed to be accepted by the Seller until we (acting as the commercial agent of the Seller) issue an email acknowledgement of order.


All of our product images are property of AltConcept srl Company. Our goal is to ensure the best possible results of true likeness. Although we have been very careful to ensure the accuracy of the colors presented on the site, please be aware that due to the resolution of the monitor, the lighting during the photo shoot, the software for processing (if used) the photos and the other factors, it is almost impossible to render the actual color of the product with 100% accuracy. We recommend ordering color matching samples.


We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability procedure. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock or due to delays from our partners, we will contact you by email or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order if our new delivery term is not acceptable for you.


The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information (We use a Romanian of 19% VAT). Where we are not possible to accept your order to buy goods of the specification and description at the wrong website indicated price, we will advise you by email, and a new offer to sell the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the email and will state in the email the period for which the offer or the price remains valid.

We will take payment upon receipt of your order from your credit or debit card. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment or delivery details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.


Payments are accepted through Direct Checkout payment platform Etsy or Stripe.

Upon receiving your payment thru Stripe, Stripe carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been made.

Promotional Discount Codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.


Purchases for goods you make may only be paid using the payment methods available on the website. All payments must be validated by the bank, then we can deliver the orders.

All prices shall be shown in the applicable currency and payable in that currency. You must know that some banks may charge you an additional fee for certain transactions (for example, international transactions). You must know that item prices in the currencies displayed do not vary according to your location; but delivery charges will vary depending on the destination to choose.

For delivery destinations within the EU, prices include 19% VAT. For delivery destinations outside the EU, like Canada, USA, or Australia, prices do not include VAT, but you will have to pay customs duties. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.


Your shopping basket on the website displays the goods you have chosen, then you must provide full details of postage. The delivery costs for each sale vary according to the delivery methods. Any delivery times quoted are in business days.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in the order. It is important that this address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed by us.

In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 5-7 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this date, we will contact you and either agree on a mutually acceptable alternative date.


If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside Europe, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges’ values and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.


At foxenia.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop, but, if, for some reason you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase then you can return it to us in its original unused condition in original packaging. You can complete the returns form (it is not mandatory) for a refund. An email is a must.

Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Buyer must email customer service within max. 14 days the request of return or exchange. Any claims made after 14 days will not be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The necessary information of return are: order number, invoice number, phone number, product and quantity of items to be returned, and whether you are seeking a replacement or refund. Your reasons for returning the items are optionals.


All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment in euros and the funds should appear on your bank statement within 2-5 working days. Please be aware that all Stripe processing fees are not refundable (For Europe 1.4% + €0.25).

Altconcept srl company cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account.

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for value.


Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable:

-anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalized or otherwise, can’t be resold due to a bespoke element.

-creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture, and ceramics, or downloadable products.

-personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings, cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken.

-any commercial volume orders B2B are non-returnable.

Please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.


Our bank online confirms the payment by email, please check it.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account /credit card company or your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@foxenia.com


We start the process of all orders within 48 hours if you change your mind during that period your purchase can be canceled in full and all payment refunded. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are bespoke (i.e. made to order/personalized). You cannot cancel your contract if the goods are in transit.


An order placed on the foxenia.com website can be canceled by the customer in writing, by e-mail or SMS to the addresses in Useful telephone numbers. The cancellation of the order is valid only if it is communicated no later than the next day at 12°°, the date of the SMS or e-mail and the product has not left us. After this date, the requirements of Chapter G. Return Policy apply. You cannot cancel an order that is in delivery to the recipient, that is, that you have not received.

Other valid reasons for canceling the order request or the order are:

  • the customer does not respond to SMS or phone or email at the time of sending the products and we do not have confirmation that the products can still be received;
  • the delivery terms requested by the customer are lower than the minimum delivery terms proposed by us, consequently they cannot be reached;
  • delivery data (phone, address, e-mail...) are incomplete, wrong or false;
  • customers located at a great distance from the freight courier's coverage area or the incidence of transport to the destination exceeds 10% of the value of the products in the order request. We may require advance payment for the product and/or upgraded shipping;
  • pending orders, not paid online, although the customer checked the online payment with the bank card but did not complete the payment, so we do not have the payment confirmation from Libra Bank or Stripe;
  • missing/unavailable products in stock or products with zero prices / wrong price;
  • failure to comply with the requirements in the Return Policy chapter results in the cancellation of future orders/deliveries;
  • the consumer who does not pick up/pick up the ordered products and does not pay the return shipping will be refused, in the future, for other deliveries.
  • violation or attempted violation of some requirements in this document that could generate unjustified additional costs for AltConcept srl.


Under The Consumer Contracts (Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights) you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). Failure to report a damaged item within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement. We reserve the right to ask customers to provide photographic evidence of broken or damaged goods.


Please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt of your order. Failure to report incorrectly sent goods or goods missing from your order within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.

If you have received the goods before you withdraw from your contract then you must send the goods back to our return address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our return address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you are canceling your contract, and we have either received the goods back or, if earlier, received evidence that you have sent the goods back, we will refund any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card within 14 calendar days, but less the value of the delivery/transport.

We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation) according to Directive 2011/83/EU.


The consumer shall have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract, without giving any reason. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. After this period, the right to withdraw will expire.


The buyer consents to the processing of his personal data by the seller for the purpose of implementing the rights and obligations under the purchase contract and for the purpose of administering the user account in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

By checking the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of sending the Newsletter, the buyer understands that he gives his consent for the processing of his personal data by the seller and for the purpose of sending information and commercial messages to the buyer. Refusal to consent to the processing of personal data in its entirety under this Article would in itself preclude the conclusion of the purchase contract.

When you make a purchase on foxenia.com, you are not automatically subscribed to our mailing list. This means that you will not automatically receive newsletters, catalogs, printed materials and offers. Of course, if you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time or please contact us.


We reserve the right to subsequently correct prices, product texts and images printed or incorrectly listed on the website. We reserve the right to make appropriate price adjustments (e.g. changed prices from our suppliers and currency fluctuations) inventory changes and any technical errors on the website, browser and in hardware such as networks and servers without notifying.


Where we or a Seller are prevented from or delayed in carrying out obligations under these Customer Terms due to circumstances beyond our or the Seller’s reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, inclement weather, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to the Seller’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or an inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials then either our or the Seller’s (as the case may be) performance of its obligations shall be postponed for the period of time that the circumstances continue.


We hope that you’re pleased with any purchase you’ve made or service you’ve received from AltConcept srl Company, and that you’ll never have reason to complain – but if there’s something you’re not happy with, we’d like you to tell us. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments. Additional terms and conditions may apply to certain of our products and services. These products and services, and the terms and conditions which apply to them are set out below.

If we fail at any time to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these Customer Terms, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under them, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by us of any of these Customer Terms shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.


These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the Romanian and European laws and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts. All contracts are concluded in English.


The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and AltConcept srl. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Manager of AltConcept srl.
